Removable Prosthetics - Dentures
There are two types of removable dental prosthetics; Full Dentures and Partial Dentures. Full Dentures are made when a patient is missing all of their own teeth on top and or bottom. Partial Dentures are made when a patient is missing some of their own teeth on top and or bottom.
Despite all the advances in technology Removable Prosthetics are very common in dentistry due to the fact they do not require any surgical incisions or a painful recovery.
ROK Dental recommends Full and Partial Dentures for patients who do not wish to undergo any specific type of dental surgery.
Full and Partial Dentures can improve chewing abilities, retore or improve the patient’s ability to speak or pronounce words better, and , most of all give the patient confidence in his or her appearance that is normally lost when the patient begins to lose teeth.
